This class teaches the students the fundamentals and skills to better prepare them for the self-defense focus of the Practical Karate class.
Mon - Fri 5:30-6:30pm, Sat 11am-12pm
After the completion of the student’s training, they will have gained a new sense of self-respect, discipline, strength and motivation.
Mon & Wed 6:30-7:30pm
The goal of this class it to teach technical proficiency in all of the skills for mixed martial arts with self-defense in mind.
Mon - Fri 3:45-4:30pm, Sat 9:15-10:00am
Activities that young students find enjoyable while practicing safety and movement skills.
